Avali / Sci-Fi Model 3D Building Pack - VRChat

This is a pack of the buildings used in my "Avali Apartment" VRChat world.

Major update just released adding many new models and redo's of the current buildings.

This is intended to be an optimized building pack.
It uses 1 material, 1 texture for colour, 2 for emissions (day and night window glow) and 1 for metallics/smoothness.
Combined the entire building pack has just over 27k polygons.

Included are a lot of different styles and a base style intended to be different sizes and heights named "BuildingMulti" in the pack.
They come in "Normal, Medium and Large" sizes and are intended to be scaled as they have different UV scales (ie different window sizes).
The building scales are honestly all over the place, you will have to manually scale them in unity to get consistent window sizes.

Textures in the unity package are set to 2-4k resolution, this can be adjusted up or down depending on need.

These were made to be as efficient as possible, they all use the same texture, so a lot of UVs overlap, as many buildings use the same texture area.

Comes with FBX, Blender, PSD (not for colour changing) and Substance files.
Also comes with a preconfigured Poiyomi 8.1 material with night time glowing windows.

I apologise for how bad the UV maps look, it's what has to be done for this type of texturing.
